This clean hotel has a cozy reception. It has stunning very central location, although the area itself is very busy.

Worth a visit place to stay in Killarney with hard-working staff from the reception desk.

Spotlessly clean hotel in the center of Killarney. Homely venue in a handy position in the centre of the town. Knowledgeable staff from the reception desk to the bar and restaurant staff and excellent Wi-Fi😃

The hotel was fairly clean with welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. The room was huge and tidy. Its location was very central, walking distance to The Grand.

Fairly clean, spacious hotel, the location and staff were very good here. The room was neat with jacuzzi. The check-in was easy, we loved Irish bar.

Staff were brilliant, everything was great, the location was perfect and close to everything.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered superior queen room with jacuzzi. I was met by accommodating and polite staff at the reception.

Attractive, 3-star hotel with SUPER staff and free wifi. I stayed in exceptionally comfortable room, its towels were fresh - that's cool. The property was next to the heart of the Killarney.

The bed was quite hard, that's sad thing.

The place was spotless with NICE location and staff. Room had a luxury bathroom and an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. Comfy bed and a great view.

Everything was first-class except the room that definitely needed to be deep cleaned.

unbeatable location coupled with amazingly helpful staff made our stay very nice. food was brilliant with lots of alternatives. appreciated restaurants and cinema walking distance to the property. marvellous service during our stay too.

All in all an upgraded hotel and brilliant stay. Everything was very clean, the service was very good. In a fab location, 10 minutes' walk to train. Exceptional and extremely pleasant rooms. The atmosphere created here was quiet. Late check-out was useful.

Actually everything was impressive, you're dope! Staff was super-friendly, room was well appointed and brilliant. Incredibly beautiful place with superb service too. Cozy location, Kerry airport was 12 miles away.

Excellent room with perfect beds, good offer. Everything was excellent and the staff was informative. Perfect food as for continental breakfast. The location was incredible, at a medium distance from kerry cliffs.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Killarney, thoroughly enjoyed it. We strongly recommend the restaurant near to the property, it was excellent.

Great location, 20 minutes' drive from Kerry airport. This hotel was situated so close to tourist destinations like torc waterfall...

The location is excellent! Honestly nothing too much trouble. There were beautiful tourist spots not far from this hotel, for example peter cox photography gallery.
